This website is operated by Branda Online Services based in Portugal and is the official distributor of Gamila Secret for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United States of America (Mainland and Hawaii) and The United Kingdom. Throughout the site, the terms ‘we’ and ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Branda Online Services.
If we update our Terms and Conditions, it will be written at the bottom of the terms and conditions with the date of the last update.
For the Canary Islands, we have suspended operations due to shipping restrictions.
We will re-enable the deliveries if and when we believe it is possible to fulfil our commitments.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least over the age of 18 years old, with a valid credit card issued that you hold in your name or with authorization to use. To place an order on the site, the customer will be required to provide details, such as first name, last name, email address, city, and shipping address.
The company may request additional details from the customer. At the time of purchase, the customer will provide the payment details, ratifying the ownership or authorization to use the preferred payment method.
Credit card details and other payment details are not kept in the Company's records.
Approval of the purchase process is also dependent on the availability of the product purchased in the company's inventory and the possibility to be supplied at the required delivery date or location.
The site management will inform the purchaser of the unavailability of the product in stock and offer to replace the product with a different product available in the company's inventory.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your service and sue for legal actions.
Approval of Subscriptions is dependent on the availability of the products subscribed in the company's inventory and the possibility to be supplied at the required delivery date or location.
Our Customer Service will inform the subscriber of the unavailability of the product or products in stock and offer to replace the product or products with a different reference available in the company's inventory.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery date can be moved up to 7 days ahead or behind the subscriber’s choice, without any loss to the customer.
The site management is entitled to decline and cancel subscriptions due to abusive use, being this analyzed and proved to adversely affect the company. If this situation may occur, our Customer Service will immediately inform the customer and provide the means to close the subscription without any loss to the company and/or the customer.
The customer is entitled to, in a timely manner, skip a delivery period, change the desired payment method, change the delivery address or cancel the subscription. For guidance on these actions, please refer to our FAQ section.
Everything on or used regarding our Site, including but not limited to Gamila or Gamila Secret name and logo, product images and description, the selection and arrangement there if and all software belongs to or licenses to Gamila Secret and is protected by the European and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the sites for purpose of placing an order with Branda Online Services or for non-commercial uses.
You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Sites or frame any portion of the Sites.
Product of Service
The products and services available on the Website, and any samples we may provide to you are for personal use only. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
The website management will be able to cancel a transaction or a sale in a whole or in a part* that may result in the violation of Terms and Conditions of the following:
- You may not sell or resell to any third party or any of the products or services, or samples that you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
- If the transaction or a sale was accompanied by illegal activity by the purchaser and/ or any of them and/ or any third party.
*Notice of the cancellation shall be given to the buyers via written communication to the email address indicated at the time of registration for sale.
All products or services should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions, and guidelines. You should always check the descriptions of the ingredients on the products page to avoid potential allergic reactions.
Limitation of Warranties
The site's management and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be responsible for and shall not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the user or to a third party as a result of use or purchase through the site.
Or loss of profits caused for any reason, at which time the site management reserves the right to cancel the specific purchase by written notice of the transaction. In addition, the Purchaser shall be solely responsible for the maintenance and service required for the Product purchased by him through the Website, unless otherwise stated.
The product images on the site are intended for illustration purposes only and there may be differences between the images presented on the site, some or all of them, and the products sold.
It should be noted that the products that Gamila produces are manufactured manually, and therefore there may be certain differences between what is presented on the site and what the customer receives in terms of colour or external appearance of the product itself.
The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including comments, articles, information, catalogues, brochures, data, text, software, photos, video, and graphics (“Content”). Gamila Secret owns the intellectual property rights, title, and interest in the website and material on the website
This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may view, use for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use. Accordingly, you are not allowed to reproduce material from this website: copy, republish, transfer, sell, or re-sell any information or services from the website.
Collection of Information
To place an order on the site, the customer will be required to provide details for the completion of the transaction such as First name, last name, email address, city, and shipping address. Additional details, such as phone numbers may also be collected if provided by the customer.
Credit card details and other payment details are not kept in the Company's records.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
The site management will deliver the products purchased at the site to the address entered at the time of the purchase. Shipment will be sent by the carrier to the address given by the purchaser.
The product will arrive at the location within a reasonable period (between 1 to 2 business days for Spain; between 3 to 7 business days for the other territories).
On orders to the United Kingdom and the United States, customs fees not controlled by Gamila may apply. It will be the customer's responsibility to make the payment.
The management of the site and/or the suppliers are not responsible for any delay or delay in supply and/or non-supply caused because of force majeure and/or events not under their control, including strikes and so forth.
It is hereby clarified that in each purchase, the customer will receive the product he purchased or his entire money back if he did not receive the product unless the receipt of the product is for a reason not related to mistakes made by the company, but by mistake made by the customer. For example, if the customer gives the wrong address, he/she will be the one to pay the costs of the return shipping and the necessary handling fees.
